Meet our Founder

Sherin Noordheen, Founder-Director of Let’s Live, brings a systems-thinking lens to reimagine youth mental health in today’s digital world.

As the Founder of Let’s Live, a youth suicide prevention and mental health advocacy initiative based in Kerala, India, Sherin brings together technology, social entrepreneurship, and human behaviour to address the growing emotional crisis among young people. She actively encourages open conversations around mental health as a pathway to stigma eradication, creating spaces where vulnerability is met with understanding rather than judgment.

With over a decade of experience in Corporate IT and interdisciplinary training across social sciences, media, and well-being practices, Sherin approaches mental health not as an isolated issue, but as a systems challenge shaped by digital culture, academic pressure, social expectations, family dynamics, an overemphasis on academic success over holistic growth, gaps in emotional intelligence development, and institutional silence that often discourages help-seeking.

Through campus programs, research dialogues, and non-judgmental listening spaces, she works to shift the narrative from awareness to prevention, and from individual struggle to collective responsibility, fostering cultures where seeking help is seen as strength.

She speaks across India on youth mental health, digital well-being, and systemic change, challenging institutions to build environments where young people don’t just survive, but truly thrive.
