Who we are

Let’s Live is a youth-focused suicide prevention NGO based in Kerala, working to advance mental health advocacy and awareness since 2018.

Why We Exist

Our vision is a world where every young person feels valued, supported, and heard and no life is lost to suicide.

Our mission is to make conversations around mental health normal, accessible, and stigma-free.
Through workshops, listening spaces, and peer support, we create safe environments where young people can care for themselves and each other, and seek help without fear or judgment.

Understanding

We meet every individual with empathy, openness, and a willingness to truly listen.

Support

We stand beside people through their struggles with care, consistency, and compassion.

Connection

We create safe, authentic spaces where meaningful human bonds can grow.

Safety

We prioritise emotional safety so everyone can show up as their raw, real, and honest self.

Acceptance

We honor each person without judgement, allowing them to be seen and valued exactly as they are.

Empowerment

We encourage individuals to recognize their strength, agency, and capacity for growth.

Founder's Note

From Lived Experience to Shared Support

Let’s Live was shaped by my own experiences with mental health challenges during my youth, when I realised how much support was missing for those who needed it most.
What felt missing in my journey is what I now try to build through Let’s Live. My intention is to make conversations around mental health feel normal, kind, and safe. I want young people to have access to support, understanding, and community, so they don’t have to struggle in silence the way I once did.
Through shared spaces, honest conversations, and peer support, Let’s Live holds room for emotions to be expressed without fear or judgement. I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and less alone, and that is the heart of this work.
