On the occasion of International Yoga Day, The Orange Room hosted a grounding and enriching session focused on the connection between yoga and mental health.
Participants were guided through simple asanas, calming breathing techniques, and meditation practices that supported reconnection with both mind and body. The session also included a thoughtful discussion on mindful eating and the close relationship between food and mood, offering practical insights for everyday well-being.
