#Unfiltered S1E1 at MBCET
On 17th September 2025 we kicked off our youth mental health awareness series at Mar Baselios Engineering College.

Unfiltered is an initiative by Let’s Live to create safe, stigma-free spaces for young people to talk about mental health, build resilience, and support each other.
The session began with some quiet listening, but as we moved forward, students slowly started opening up and sharing towards the end. That’s the beauty of creating safe spaces…conversations may take time, but once they begin, they truly matter.
We’re hopeful that in the upcoming sessions, the dialogue will only grow stronger, more open, and more unfiltered ..
This is just the beginning of our journey to spark awareness and break the stigma around youth mental health.
