Guidelines and processes that ensure consistency, compliance, and smooth operations across all activities.

Let’s Live is a registered non-profit organisation working in the mental health sector, with a primary focus on mental health advocacy, awareness, and stigma eradication. Our initiatives aim to promote mental health literacy, encourage open conversations, and foster help-seeking behaviour within communities.

All programs, sessions, materials, listening spaces, digital content, and outreach activities offered by Let’s Live are non-clinical in nature. While suicide prevention is a key focus of our work, Let’s Live does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, counselling, psychotherapy, or treatment of any kind.

The information and support provided through this website and through Let’s Live’s activities are intended solely for educational, awareness, and supportive purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health care.

Individuals experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, or mental health conditions requiring clinical intervention are strongly advised to seek help from a qualified Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist registered in India, or from a recognised mental health care institution, in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.

Engaging with Let’s Live does not establish a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or clinical relationship. Let’s Live, including its founders, team members, volunteers, and associates, shall not be held liable for any outcomes or decisions made based on participation in or reliance upon its non-clinical services or content.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or reach out to a recognised suicide prevention helpline immediately.
