The Orange Room
The Orange Room is Let’s Live’s safe, welcoming space offering free, non-judgmental listening and emotional support for young people – a gentle pause from everyday overwhelm.
First piloted in 2019, the project was reopened in 2025 in a more structured way, with a larger team and a bigger, more comforting space in Trivandrum. It offers a stigma-free environment where youth can slow down, reflect, and feel truly heard.
Listening sits at the heart of everything we do. Whether someone comes to talk, untangle their thoughts, or simply sit in quiet presence, The Orange Room holds space with empathy and care. Through our sessions, we also work to build emotional awareness within communities, helping young people understand themselves and connect more deeply with one another.
Since reopening, The Orange Room has hosted regular weekend sessions on youth-friendly mental health themes, including conversations, sharing circles, grounding practices, and mindful digital-detox experiences.
The Orange Room remains one of Let’s Live’s strongest commitments to youth mental well-being… a space where healing begins by being heard.
