Founder & Director, Let’s Live
Sherin is a passionate mental health advocate, social worker, and technologist with a deep commitment to youth well-being. She founded Let’s Live in 2018 to address rising youth suicide rates in Kerala, and has led awareness campaigns, college-based interventions, and now the relaunch of The Orange Room — a mental health sanctuary in Trivandrum offering free, stigma-free support.
Her 10+ years in the IT sector, including roles in Europe, shaped her systems-thinking approach to mental health. With academic training in engineering, social work, journalism, and yoga, Sherin brings a uniquely holistic lens to her work.
She believes that safe spaces save lives, and that every young person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported — especially in today’s digitally overstimulated world.
