Mental Health Awareness Session: All Saints’ College, Trivandrum

The session saw enthusiastic participation of over 80 young women between the age group of 17-21 who were part of the NSS camp. We spoke about various mental health issues, how to seek help and how to offer help by compassionate/ non-judgmental listening.

The role play that followed was a touching one where some of the girls opened up and shared their personal issues of abuse and depression.
